Our introduction with Xsteel was in 1997 with version 4.5. Now we are using Tekla Structures version 13. Tekla has grown from a small Finnish software company to become the worldwide leader in 3D Structures modeling. As companies grow and become publicly traded on stock markets some of the personal touch is lost. I remember attending our first User Conference in Chicago and that year Harri Nurmi (the first USA president of Tekla) told me that the true user conference should be run by the users. At this time I think that we need to start that process.
